All spa bookings require full payment at the time of booking. The lead booker is responsible for the entire reservation, all payments and correspondence are to be made by the lead booker only.

Spa Days: All canceled bookings with more than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 10% fee of the total amount. If less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is given you will be charged 100% of the total booking fee.

Spa Treatment Only: Cancellations made within 48-hour notice or for non-arrivals at the allotted time, will be charged in full.

No refunds either in part or full can be processed for early departure.
